1. The Grief Gang
Undoubtedly, this is my most favourite podcast of all time. The host, Amber, has such a dynamic and bright personality which really shines through and in addition to this, her humour brightens the mood despite the heavy topics being discussed. On this podcast, she addresses her own grief and topics about grief and most episodes have guests who talk about their own stories too. If you are looking for something funny, deep, relatable and simply great- I definitely recommend The Grief Gang. After all, we are all apart of the group!
2. Griefcast with Cariad Lloyd
"Griefcast is a podcast that examines the human experience of grief and death - but with comedians, so it’s cheerier than it sounds."
Griefcast is another great podcast which is lighthearted and informative. Each episode, Cariad Lloyd (the wonderful host), talks to a comedian about their experience with death and loss. Griefcast delves deep into the topic of death, whilst creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere- ridding the topic of death of its taboo aspect.
