Grief Awareness Week 2020

In light of Grief Awareness Week, I decided to create one post where you can access brilliant and helpful resources to support you for each day of the week. For each day, you will find a quote to start you off for the day and a resource: some have come directly from the brilliant grief community of Instagram and others are great resources that I highly recommend and believe will be helpful.

Thank you to everyone who took part in helping to create this resource for GAW 2020.

It is so important to open up the conversation of grief so that no one has to suffer alone. Thank you to everyone who contributed and I hope that you find this helpful.

Then we could sit and talk again just like we used to do, you always meant so very much and always will do too. The fact that you're no longer here will always cause me pain, but you're forever in my heart until we meet again." — Unknown
